What to wear – Capoeira

Capoeiristas are faithful to wearing capoeira uniforms comprised of maximum stretch abadas (trousers) and shirt tops that provide comfort, fit and style. The abada is held together by a cordao belt, dyed with color depending on the level or grade of the Capoeirista.

The three main musical instruments include the berimbau (musical bow), the pandeiro (tambourine) and the atabaque (drum).
